• Refunds and Order Cancellations: We do not offer refunds on items delivered in good condition. You may cancel your order for a refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Request will not be accepted once order has been shipped. 
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return/replacement at no additional cost to you.
